We will make every effort to ship your entire order as quickly as possible.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order. Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays do not count as business days. There will be some cases where it may take longer since some items may have to be shipped cross country to us before we can process and ship your order. We will always contact you of any change or delay in fulfilling your order and in every shipment possible, a tracking # will be emailed to you when your order is surrendered to the shipper. Please note that the delivery carrier requires someone at your shipping address to accept and sign for your order.
Free shipping offer:
Most orders over $99 are eligible for free ground shipping in Canada and contiguous 48 USA states only. Oversize and overweight items do not qualify for free shipping and will be clearly identified.
Canadian and contiguous 48 USA state orders:
We offer FedEx and Canada Post for Canadian orders shipped from our Virgil, Ontario store and United States Postal Service for USA orders shipped from our Lewiston, New York warehouse.
If an entire multi-item order cannot be shipped complete, we will ship what is readily available and the outstanding balance will be shipped separately in a timely manner, with no additional shipping charge. However, if an outstanding item takes longer than 30 days to receive, or is no longer available, we will notify you that the item will be cancelled and the sale price promptly refunded back to your original method of payment.
Alaska, Hawaii and International orders:
We offer Canada Post only, shipped from our Virgil, Ontario store.
If an entire multi-item order cannot be shipped complete in a timely manner, we will email contact you regarding the unavailable items with the following choices:
1. Inform you of an estimated supply date and with your agreement, ship the entire order when the outstanding item becomes available.
2. Ship what items are available right away, cancel the outstanding item and promptly refund its sale price back to your original method of payment.
3. Cancel the order all together and promptly refund the whole order back to your original method of payment.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, make certain that the damage is noted on the delivery receipt since all claims are handled through the shipping company.
Returns or Exchanges:
You are responsible for all back and forth shipping and any other related charges (brokerage, customs, tariffs, etc.) for returns or exchanges. Please carefully read our Return Policy and if you qualify, apply for a RMA # through our Returns section.
